All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, are non-refundable, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferable
The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null and void
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Hills Farm Stays payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
